SENATOR ANDY BIGGS NAMED TOP LEGISLATOR
Senator Andy Biggs received The Barry M. Goldwater award for being the 2011 Legislator of the Year. The award was presented at the Republican Legislative Meeting held May 10, 2012 at South Valley Junior High.
The award was given by the Arizona Chapter of the Americans For Prosperity.
