I am a candidate for State Senator for the realigned Legislative District 12. The new district will comprise most of Gilbert and Queen Creek.

I am a lifelong  Republican.

It is my honor to currently serve as the Senate Majority Leader.

I am an advocate for the Pro-life cause.

In 2011, as Appropriations Chairman and Majority Leader, with the help of my colleagues, I led Arizona to its first structurally balanced budget in more than ten years.   

I have been consistently recognized as a leader in fighting to reduce regulation and taxes.

I am an advocate for parental choice in education.

I have lived in Gilbert since 1986, married to Cindy for 30 years, and we have six children and three grandchildren.
